RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and you will enjoy your prints for many years to come.
 If however you would like to return an unwanted product please notify us by email (jeremycottingham.photography@gmail.com), or via the contact page, within 7 days of receipt of your goods. An address for the return of the goods will then be provided.
Please return your unwanted items to us in perfect unused condition and we will give you a full refund or exchange. Postage will not be refunded, unless the item is damaged or faulty (see below). As we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products being returned, we recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
If your products are damaged or faulty, please inform us immediately. Any items that you receive damaged or faulty may be returned for a full refund or exchanged. We will need photo proof of the damaged or faulty goods. Your refund will be processed as soon as the products are returned. Costs of returning the goods will also be refunded if proof of postage costs can be provided. We recommend retaining the postage receipt. 
None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you place an order and then wish to cancel it, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel the order before it is sent for production, you will receive a full refund.
